| Spa/Eco Lodge Southern Pacific This unique property in the Southern Pacific area of Costa Rica is currently run as a sustainable Ecolodge, but has a great potential to be turned into a Spa for its main lodge of 600 m2 on 3 stories (6000 sq. ft., 9 rooms plus public area – reception, restaurant, terraces), which could easily host the facilities for a Spa. The third floor features 2 large bedrooms with private bathroom each, a spacious master suite (including walking closet and bathroom with Jacuzzi), a living room and a terrace with stunning ocean views. The second floor hosts the hotel reception, 2 salons, a massage room, office, 1 bedroom with private bath plus 2 public bathrooms, of which one is also suitable for the disabled. A large decks runs along the ocean view side of the floor with equally stunning views. The first floor locates the semi-open restaurant area/terrace, kitchen with pantry, laundry, 2 store rooms and garage. The Lodge has ten bungalows in a beautiful jungle setting, each can accommodate up to 4 people. There are six individual bungalows and four bungalows (two pairs) that share a common door, enabling them to become one larger unit; great for families or groups! Each bungalow has a private bathroom and is equipped with fan, A/C, Satellite TV, small fridge, individual safe, hairdryer, hot water for tub or shower, wireless internet. Each of the units also features a deck going out towards primary and secondary jungle; the bungalows receive ocean breezes yet retain the sounds and views of the jungle. An additional employee house at the entrance of the property features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and living area close to the main house. This provides overview of all who enter the property. There is an additional ocean view platform for further expansion on a separate lot. The 25 meter swimming pool is not just a pool to get wet in and refresh yourself, but one in which you can actually swim laps and train. Pros at a glance:
