All the properties listed on this page are priced low enough that they are not only affordable, but a great investment. Property values in the area have been increasing from 20-100% per year for the past several years, and show no signs of slowing down.

Generally, a property's value is determined mostly by its size, proximity to the beach, views, and whether it has any value added through development, such as a house or cabinas.

Bargains can often be found when a property is underdeveloped, such as when it has poor access and thus the buyer needs to build a road to it. Or if it has no water or electricity.
