We know there are a lot of people who are checking our site for something good, waiting for the right property to appear that fits your budget. Clients often write something like “I’ve been looking at your website for years and finally am writing because I see such-and-such a property.”
You should be aware that not all our properties are on the website. Sometimes owners don’t want them here. Also, there are at times properties that have a very flexible price OR sometimes the sellers will take a huge price cut if you make a serious offer.
