Here is what makes this hotel a fantastic investment:

The owner of the hotel recently signed a 3-year rental lease with another well-known business in the area to rent out the hotel. There is clause in the contract that says should the hotel sell, the new owner has the right to either continue the contract or terminate it. This is great for both the Seller and any potential purchaser as without even being here or having to deal with running the hotel, you are bringing in a minimum profit of $20’000 a year. According to the rental contract, the current renter is also responsible for the expense of the maintenance of the property and structures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person who recognizes that this is a great deal but does not want to deal with running a hotel.

In 3 years, after the property has been awarded the concession (which will definitely happen by then), it will be worth even more as this investment seems to get even better over time.
