This part of the website has a compilation of the BEST DEALS that we have at the moment. It's difficult to keep this updated since the best stuff often comes
in and sells very quickly, but we'll do our best. Many of these, despite being great deals, have been on the market for months, or even a year or two. I have
no explanation for that. Perhaps they're waiting for the right buyer. In any case, the reason these are great deals is usually one of several reasons: the
seller doesn't know any better, the seller is desperate to sell quickly, the road and/or utility access is bad, the property is IDA land or has other title issues,
or the property has great potential that the average buyer just doesn't see.
