Detailed Description of the Vacation Rental:
This vacation rental is a unique retreat center with beachfront location, 3 km South of Montezuma village.
There is a 2 BR rental house, 1 rustic rancho and 4 rustic units for rent, perfect for yoga or other retreats and also child-friendly.
There are 4 units:
- A traditional Costarrican 2 bedroom house with salon and kitchen, 1 bathroom, washing area and storage room. It is completely equipped, well ventilated and surround by beautiful tropical gardens. The house comes with phone and high-speed internet. Sleeps 4 people.
- A 2-story rancho style house with open air lower level, equipped kitchen and bathroom. The second floor features a big bedroom with 1 double and 2 single beds. Sleeps 3 people.
- Four rustic units. One has a private bathroom, the others share a separate bath house with toilet, showers, sinks and washing area. They all share a completely equipped kitchen and a large dining area; two have Internet connection. These small units have lovely details and are surrounded by tropical plants. Sleeps totally up to 10 people.
- The studio: an open-air, covered building, with a professionally designed 72 m2 wood floor, suitable for about 12 to 15 people moving at ease and many other kind of activities. It has a small bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, storage room, front porch. Sleeps 1-2.
