Detailed Description of the Vacation Rental:
This vacation rental is the best beach front house in the Montezuma center and located right on the beach.
The house for rent sleeps 3 couples in private bedrooms with double beds. The master bedroom is equipped with AC, with a separate toilet room and vanity sink. The 2 downstairs bedrooms each have a complete bathroom, one with hot water.
This beachfront house for rent has a lovely outdoor covered veranda, perfect for outdoor dining with views of the Montezuma Bay. A fully equipped kitchen and downstairs living room offers a spacious area for entertaining and both open up to the ocean view veranda.
The rental home includes: Direct TV, maid service, safety box, alarm system, secured parking area, outside shower, washing machine, internet and discounts for fishing and boat trips.

Ivan's house was amazing!!! We loved that it was right on the beach, so close to town and very open/airy floor plan.
The house owner was so open and hospitable too. He actually brought us fresh fish two days in a row.
We arranged all of our activities through Zuma tours and their staff was very nice and knowledable. We would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in Montezuma.
