Detailed Description of the Vacation Rental:
This private vacation rental home close to Montezuma has great ocean views and absolute privacy. The house for rent is a 3-story, spacious house with a studio on top and lots of outside space.
The Costa Rica rental home features downstairs a large open ocean view terrace with pool and integrated barbecue area plus a large living room area with open kitchen. Also on the first floor is a simple double room with bathroom apart.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with bathroom and Jacuzzi, two bedrooms with private bathroom. Located on the 3rd floor is an art studio with spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding jungle. Finishings and furniture in this rental home are made of valuable hardwood.
The surrounding lush gardens have all kinds of tropical fruit, palm trees, and flowering bushes. Expect to see wild animals frequently.
Even though it has a very remote feeling, this vacation rental home is located only 8-10 min. driving time to the Montezuma village and beaches.
