On a three and a half verdant acres with Mango trees, Guayabana and Tropical flowers, lies vacation rental home La Casona, a magnificent colonial-style building with rustic beams, polished white concrete and teak floors, high ceilings and airy verandas. We offer total discretion and privacy.
You will love relaxing in this superbly elegant and cozy hacienda with its stunning and comfortable tropical furnishings, a top chef's kitchen, pool, pool-table, day-beds for lounging or for having a massage, as well as WIFI, a home film projector and screen in our huge living room.
Have a drink watching our beautiful beach sunsets or just chill in one of the many hammocks or daybeds on the grounds or by the deep pool.
Have a Yoga lesson in our private Shala overlooking the waves or rent our two horses for a ride on the 7 kilometers long, unspoilt beach.
Luxury vacation rental La Casona has 70 meters beachfront and is situated 1 kilometer North of the entry of Santa Teresa with wonderful surf in front. The small boutique Hotel Tropico Latino is close by with its Natural Spa. We are totally secluded, yet close to shopping and restaurants.
We offer:

All bedrooms have a balcony, deck or terrace and we offer fine Cotton sheets, feather pillows and comfortable, high quality mattresses; all
rooms have A/C, ceiling fans and French doors.
The pool area is surrounded by tropical flowers with day beds for relaxing, reading, snoozing or socializing , a place where you can have a
nice cold drink after a days surfing.

Gourmet kitchen with 6 burner gas stove. DW, large stainless steel fridge/freezer, polished white terazzo kitchen counters, blender, juicer,
coffeemaker, ice cream maker and French Press.
Unlimited fresh coconut water from our own coconuts.
2 safe, rideable horses, lots of monkeys, iguanas, butterflies and tropical birds who feed on the more than 20 Mango trees.
Daily housekeeping/maid service. Caretaker lives on property
