Vacation Rental Papa Pochote is a magical 5 Acre beachfront property with beautiful Palm Trees and bananas on the white sands of Santa Teresa Beach in front of the best surf breaks in Costa Rica. It consists of four brightly colored and decorated two bedroom bungalows with private bath, AC, WIFI, ceiling fans and private gardens with tropical plants and a hammock.
The huge Palm Rancho on stilts with four beds and private bathroom has no AC and rents for $125 per night.
Each rental unit / bungalow offers a queen size bed and an extra single bed in the main bedroom and a single in the smaller bedroom and a beautiful indoor/outdoor bathroom as well as a private garden with hammocks to relax in.
The restaurant style, totally equipped Rancho kitchen with two fridges is shared among the occupants, as are the large dining room areas. We offer: Horseback riding (2 horses), Daily Maid service, Caretaker on the property, Safes, Yoga Pavilion overlooking the ocean, a Moroccan tent for lounging, AV, WIFI, Volley Ball, pool table, ping pong table, Barbeque and security.
The whole property can be rented for $625 per night, $4300 per week with an occupancy of up to 12 guests.
