This modern Costa Rica vacation rental is located in the hills Santa Teresa, with tremendous ocean views and only minutes drive down to the famous surfing beaches of Playa Carmen/ Santa Teresa and the center with its restaurants, groceries, banks, souvenir shops, etc.

The holiday home features 3 bedrooms with totally 4 double beds that can sleep up to 8 people and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with AC.

There is a spacious living room area with comfortable sofa, TV and connecting to the fully equipped open kitchen.

The outdoor area of this home for rent overlooks the ocean and is perfect to have a drink, dinner or just hang around and watch the crashing waves or relax in the infinity pool.
