The natural stone, wood & quality building materials used throughout this house gives it a casual elegance and tropical feel. The 8 ft. doors and windows and 15 ft. ceilings throughout combined with the dormer double roof takes full advantage of the constant ocean breezes and provides for excellent natural air flow, and pleasant temperatures night and day.
Each of the three bedrooms has it's own independent 18,000 BTU of A/C at your fingertips, should you desire.
