for one or two couples or a family up to 6.
The
grounds are suitable for entertaining large parties....and
can even be the perfect setting for a wedding!
There
are 5 sleeping rooms in total. A large kitchen and seperate
formal dining room, living room, guest bathroom and
private office is located on the entry level floor.
A flight of stairs brings one up to a grand master suite,
fully equipped with an office desk and a large sports
screen TV with a surround sound system. A wrap around
verandah brings one outside from the master suite to
view the beach and ocean.
On
the ground floor is a game room with pool table and
full bar. Two private rooms are located on this level,
as well as, a large bathroom and 4 subzero refrigerators
ready for a large party!
A
fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art equipment is
located in a seperate wing. The gym also has a super
sound system and TV.
Other
perks that come with this Villa include: use of 2 golf
carts, direct access to a beautiful white sand beach,
grounds which are pet friendly, close proximity to the
Tango Mar Golf Course and hotel restaurant
and 10 minutes away from the Tambor airport.
Daily

on the area:
Tambor
is most noted for its breathtaking bay named Bahia Bellena,
or "Whale Bay", which is embraced by 4 miles
of palm lined white sandy beach. Every year whales migrate
to Tambor bay to give birth, mate and nurture their
new offspring from the lush marine habitat found here.
All five species of mangrove in Costa Rica are represented
in and around Bahia Bellena. As one would imagine, snorkeling
and diving are popular activities, especially among
the coral reef communities of nearby Tortuga Island,
or "Turtle Island". Boat trips can be arranged
to this lovely island. This special place in Costa Rica
is nestled between two National Parks in this Southern
Nicoya region:Curu National Wildlife Refuge and Cabo
Blanco Absolute National Park. Wildlife is abundant
everywhere, making such activities as bird watching
quite a sport. Hiking is also an enjoyed sport, as is
fishing, horseback riding, various water sports and
golfing.
