Beachfront Real Estate
Beachfront is by far the most desirable and expensive land. Hotels and rental villa type businesses that are true beachfront, are much easier to fill than other types of accommodations further from the water. Other factors influencing the value are:
Can you see the waves from the house or building site?
Can you swim at the beach directly in front?
Can you surf right in front of the property?
For each of these that you answer yes to, the value goes up.
