On the Southern Nicoya peninsula, tucked in the mountains above Montezuma, this family owned and operated boutique hotel sits on a hilltop about a mile from the beaches of Montezuma.; it is just few min. drive to Montezuma village, Mal Pais and Santa Teresa are around 30 min. by car.
The property consists of a 2 floor Victorian building which host a 2-story (owner) apartment, 9 equipped rooms, all built in concrete block, with terracotta floors, beautiful tiles and precious hardwood; each room has a private bathroom, warm water, AC and ceiling fans. The lush botanical garden with fruit and palm trees, beautiful flowers and old hardwood trees invites to wander around or just lay in a hammock and watch the great wildlife around.
Amenities include an oversized salt water pool with a panoramic teak deck, spacious free parking, a well and wireless interent.
