A true exceptional and unique property, this is a private mountain, river, small lake, and ancient jungle farm in the hills behind Santa Teresa and Malpais. It’s one of the largest farms now for sale in this area.
When we write “private mountain” we really mean it. It includes an entire hilltop which perfect to build your private home, villa, or castle, with gorgeous 360 degree views all around.
The small pond is beautiful, shown in the photo below, but it dries up during dry season, as do the streams that run through the property.

1. Year round access: The property has year-round access to the front gate. Some work on internal roads should be done in order access all parts of the farm in all seasons.
2. Electricity: Electricity is available at the farm’s gate but would need to be extended to whatever part of the farm a new owner would want it at.
3. Water: The property has a hand-dug well with potable water. In addition, it has a 50 meter perforated well, which was found to have mineral content too high for straight consumption. A filter system could be installed to make it potable, or this is great for watering or agricultural use.
