The view from the top house sites looks out over the Gulf of Nicoya as well as the surrounding islands and mountains and is breathtaking. The property already has 2 cleared and leveled house sites which both offer amazing views and has room for more if one chooses.
It contains approximately 700 old Pochote trees that could be harvested at any time.
A natural spring, a small stream, large tropical trees, howler monkeys, and plenty of other exotic wildlife can be found throughout the property making it ideal for any nature lover. The farm is fully titled and held in a Costa Rican corporation. It is completely fenced in along its border and the fence line has been regularly cleared and maintained.
Electricity and town water both come right to the border of the property but would have to be brought up to the house sites at the top of the farm if desired. The farm also has a natural spring and a year round stream for water as well. The farm has a public road that is in relatively good access to its border, but currently requires a 4 wheel drive vehicle to reach the top house sites with the water views. The calm beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Nicoya as well as exotic nature preserves lie close by.
The farm could also be divided into a few other possible options upon request. In addition, a reliable caretaker for the farm is currently in place.
